CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised that in order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. By booking with Q Esthetics Laser Clinic, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.

Please note:

• 24-hour notice is required in order to cancel or reschedule any appointments, and missed appointments will result in a $50.00 charge.
• Although reminders are sent out in advance, it is your responsibility to confirm or cancel your appointment within 24-hours if need be.
• Unconfirmed appointment slots will be automatically reallocated.
